Pretty sure it's just for your first order and can't be combined. That's how it worked for me.

Yeah, it's usually either/or. You get a percentage off your first purchase with that code, but you can't add another discount on top, unfortunately.

Depends on when you order, but generally, I've had good luck. Usually a week max to the west coast in my experience, but if you're cutting it close, maybe message them to confirm shipping times.
